Greenwich House MMTP is an opioid treatment program whose mission is to provide evidence-based, patient-centered treatment for opioid use disorder. We offer all medications for opioid use disorder including methadone, buprenorphine, sublocade and Vivitrol. We also have a large initiative to provide universal hepatitis c treatment to our patients and recently were awarded a five-year grant to accomplish this. We embrace harm reduction, which includes outreach in the community, universal access to naloxone, fentanyl test strips, xylazine test strips, and harm reduction counseling. We have a strong peer program that provides outreach to people in the community who use substances and we have a home health aid peer program for medically frail patients. The medical providers work in multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for our patients. We train addiction medicine fellows and PA students in methadone maintenance.
