(*) ASAM/NYSAM Members must be up-to-date on their 2026 dues in order to receive the member registration discount for the 2027 NYSAM Annual Conference. Those who have not paid their dues will be registered as a non-member and charged the non-member rate.
(**) Residents, Fellows-in-training, Interns, and Students must join ASAM to receive a discounted registration rate.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation for the NYSAM 2027 Annual Conference must be made in writing and sent to nysamevents@amgroup.us. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
Cancellations received before January 1, 2027, will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between January 1, 2027, and February 25, 2027, will incur a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after February 25, 2027.
A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment.
